Menu:
Breakfast:
Pancakes, golden syrup, lemon, sugar, jam.
Weet-bix, muesli & porridge.
Toast, butter, jams, peanut butter, and marmalade.

Lunches:

Sausages (assorted will inc veg), onion

Refreshments available all day:
Tea & coffee, light and dark blue milk.
Water, cordial.
Bananas and apples.
Friday Night:
Pizza 1:
Shredded chicken, grated cheese, bacon, tomato paste, spinach, red onion.
Pizza 2:
Sliced sausage, grated cheese, bacon, tomato paste, spinach, red onion.
Optional: tomato, pineapple.
Sauces: BBQ, Tomato, Satay (peanut), Aioli.
We are cooking these in pizza ovens as people arrive so you will have a fresh pizza after setting up. Late arrivals past midnight will have a pizza pre-cooked with sauces to add on top. We can remove ingredients upon request. Pineapple and tomato will not be added unless requested.
Saturday night dinner:

Steamed chickens
Stew:
Venison, mushroom, onion, canned tomato, kidney and lentil beans, butternut, soap mix, stock.
Vege soup: leek, potato, onions, vege stock
Fresh breads
Kai cookers/steaming etc: potato, pumpkin, broccoli, beans, gravy, stuffing
Salad:
Pasta, spring onion, mayo, surimi (added separately)

Coleslaw
Sunday night dinner:
Roasted pork (whole)

Braised Beef
Beef, onion, carrot, celery, bay leaves, thyme, chicken stock, red wine, cider vinegar
Vege soup: Pumpkin, cream, stock, garlic, onion, kumura, nutmeg, celery
Fish type subject to availability

This site backs onto an amazing native forest with a large area ideal for combat. Look forward to fighting in the shade...
