In Tune with the Five ElementsAnother amazing Stevie G Kundalini Experience is coming your way! Start off the New Year with this powerful workshop where we will explore the therapy of sound waves, healing meditations and the frequencies of the Chakras. We will learn how the Chakras are affected by sound and the Five Elements of our world: Earth, Fire, Air, Water and Ether.
All of the Universe is a vibration of energy. We are either vibrating in harmony or disharmony with the Universe. What we put out to the Universe we receive back, much like a boomerang. When life seems to be continually placing blocks along our path, it may be showing us that we are not vibrating in harmony with the Universe. To vibrate with the Universe is to vibrate the higher frequencies of love, compassion, and kindness. One of the best ways to be in the flow of the Cosmos is through yoga, meditation, pranayama, chanting mantra and understanding the power of sound.
There will also be a Group Drumming & Chanting Session with a percussion instrument provided for each person in the class. AND......a Live Gong Journey. Handouts and percussion instrument will be provided. Some light stretching asana poses, otherwise mostly seated meditations and pranayama. Bring a firm meditation cushion or bolster and an open mind.
