The NAACP Youth Council will hold its annual Martin Luther King Remembrance Walk on
Monday, January 20, 2025. The program will begin at 9am inside The Joint Judicial Center (Cameron Street Entrance). There will be guest speakers, music, hot beverages and breakfast snacks then we will walk to The Winchester Police Department in unity.
The NAACP honors the legacy of Dr. King with a community walk led by Winchester’s City Sheriff Office and Winchester City Police.
This is more than just a walk—it’s a celebration of unity, progress, and hope. Together, we’ll reflect on the journey and reaffirm our commitment to Dr. King’s Dr King’s dream.
