The NAACP Durham Branch Annual Freedom Fund Banquet will be held on November 30th beginning at 2:00 pm and held at the Durham Hilton. This year we will honor three deservering leaders, Sheriff Clarence Birkhead, Chief Public Defender Dawn Baxton and Joseph Burwell.
The keynote speakwe will be Dr. Xavier Burch, Department Chair of Criminal Justice & Assistant Professor at Bethune-Cookman University in Daytona Florida.
