With a few simple ingredients, a little muscle and a lot of love, whip up home-made pillow-soft dumplings just like Nonna!
In this fun and interactive class you’ll learn how to make classic gnocchi just like they do in Italy, with the necessary tips and tricks on how to make the ricotta-based dough from scratch. Our Chef Instructor will take you through a detailed demonstration, before you will be guided step-by-step in replicating the process of making, folding, rolling, cutting and shaping gnocchi dough. Our Chef Instructor will then demonstrate (with class participation) how to create a flavorful classic tomato basil sauce made from scratch and easy to recreate at home! We source the freshest ingredients to let the flavors shine through in this simple yet impressive dish. To ensure the safety and enriching experience of all participants, we require children aged 14 to 17 be accompanied by a parent or guardian during our cooking classes. Classes are intended for adults 18+.
