Following another beautiful year hosting Māori in the Moana, Te Ngāi Te Rangi is excited to host another Whānau Day on Waitangi Day, Māori in the Moana 2026. This event is all about celebrating being Māori, the strength of Tauranga Moana, and the richness of Te Ao Māori. With activities for all including,
🌊Free Whānau Stations | Poi making, Tukutuku, Hāngī making, Pepeha prints & more.
🌊Free Whānau Activities | Water slides, whānau portraits & haircuts.
There will also be live entertainment, whānau fundraiser stalls and more!!
