In concert at the Railways Cafe in Centurion 17 May at 6pm, independent Canadian singer-songwriter and guitarist of Haitian descent, Mélissa Laveaux, will be performing live, and will be opened by the Mzansi Gay Choir, in celebration of #IDAHOT. Do not miss this musician who has received critical praise from her peers in such magazines as ColorLines, and is a Songs from the Heart recipient from the 2006 Ontario Council of Folk Festivals' conference in the World Music category for penning "Koud'lo".
