The theme of this particular one is “The 4 Elements”
Ps-You DO NOT need any previous training ins Dance/ need to be a dancer to join in. Everyone over 16 is welcome!

Soniya’s journey with spirituality began with yoga when she was just a teenager. Growing up in Mombasa, Kenya she has always felt a deep connection with nature & the ocean. She specialises in Vinyasa Flow, Hatha Yoga, Guided Meditation, Dance Mediation, Yoga Dance, Healing Circles, Women’s Circles, Charka Healing, Energy Healing, Breathwork, Spiritual Guidance & Alchemy, Mindfulness & Wellness Coach and Holistic Health.
She is a 100 hour Blissology RYT Yoga certificate &200 hour RYT Hatha and Vinyasa Flow.
Certified in Reiki 1 & 2, Crystal Healing Therapy 1&2, Tibetan Bowl Sound Healing 1&2, Breath work Facilitator, Trained in Guided Meditation & is an avid Essential Oils enthusiast. She has studied and participated in many Healing Arts over the years. She is also trained inside various forms of dance from the age of 4
