Clearing and releasing unwanted energy
Setting and maintaining boundaries with compassion and confidence
Simple, powerful techniques for daily energetic upkeep
Whether you’re a seasoned energy worker or just beginning your spiritual journey, you’ll leave with fresh perspectives and tools — and the joy of learning from others walking a similar path.

A journal or notebook for reflections
