2. Breath-work and Centering
• A guided breathing exercise to promote relaxation and focus, preparing the body and mind for the practice.
3. Guided Whirling Meditation
• Gradual, paced whirling to synchronize the body, breathe & mental state
• Instructions on form, breath awareness, and maintaining a meditative mindset.
• Safe technique for grounding and preventing dizziness.
4. Closing Reflection and Sharing Circle
• Space for participants to share their experiences, thoughts, and reflections.
• Opportunity to journal and internalize their journey.
