Located in Mystic River Park, the Children's Art Park will feature arts and crafts from local museums, cultural centers and organizations.The Children's Art Park is part of the 63rd Annual Mystic Outdoor Art Festival and is proudly sponsored by Groton Alliance for Substance Abuse Prevention and is produced by the Greater Mystic Chamber of Commerce.
