About this Event
Join us for an afternoon of mezcal and mystery with Emma Janzen!
Just as with wine, judging the character and quality of a mezcal is a process heavily influenced by what we know about the variety and production details. In this tasting journey through five (concealed) mezcal varietals, Janzen will share her best practices for evaluating agave spirits before revealing the varieties and sharing insights into what makes each one interesting and unique.
