M E is more than a performer. She is a mother, teacher, dancer, and lyricist, bringing all these aspects of herself to the forefront in her performances. Through movement journaling, dance, poetry, and yoga, M E captures the beauty of life’s journey—motherhood, discipline, healing, and the sacred womb space—all while connecting to her audience with authenticity, compassion, and joy.
Heal Hop is the next wave, a counterculture to mainstream fads and an offspring of Hip Hop. M E leads the charge, breathing life into healing through communal creation, strong families, and thriving communities. We are high vibrational beings, and together we tap into the power of self-embodiment.
