Self Myofascial Release utilizes different tools to work out trigger points, or “knots” of connective tissue. Self Myofascial Release can help reduce pain, improve flexibility, and can be incredibly relaxing afterwards! For this workshop we will be using the Yoga Tune Up brand therapy balls to roll out the back line of the body, from our feet to our shoulder blades.
