Join this two-day, CEU approved workshop which introduces participants to Blocklogic, a practical approach to myofascial release using a cork therapy block. This course combines theory and guided hands-on practice for effective learning and application. Participants will gain a comprehensive working knowledge of fascial anatomy, its impact on movement, posture, and pain.
Learn to identify fascial restrictions , and explore how cork therapy blocks can be used as a powerful tool to facilitate targeted MFR techniques. Designed with clinical relevance in mind, this course offers effective strategies to enhance therapeutic outcomes, expand treatment options with a variety of treatment applications, reduce therapist strain and extend career longevity.
By the end of the course participants will be able to:
1. Understand fascia and the principles of myofascial release
2. Identify key anatomical regions and conditions commonly affected by fascial restrictions
3. Explain principles of how cork therapy block can be used to achieve effective MFR
4. Apply cork therapy block techniques to effectively achieve MFR in clinical settings
5. Apply self-care techniques to reduce wear and tear on practitioner extending career longevity
6. Educate clients on proper use of cork therapy block for at-home care
7. Integrate cork therapy block MFR into treatment plans for enhanced therapeutic outcomes either adding to a treatment or as a full one hour treatment on its own
