Each month you will have a rotating class style lead by different teachers. This month Laura will be your teacher. It's widely accepted that our bodies store more than just how we move, but how we think and how we feel. This practice combines Myofascial Release techniques to ease some of those areas with Yoga Nidra to better understand what it is that's stored in them.
