About this Event
There is a groundswell of interest in growing medicinal and psychedelic mushrooms for health and healing. There is a new generation of tools and appliances that are now on the horizon that are likely to make it easier, and more efficient to grow and extract mushrooms into formulations grown privately for individual and family use.
Join us for a lively and informed conversation on how to prepare and begin the process of growing mushrooms from preparing a sterile environment to options for creating a substrate, inoculation, cultivation, and more.
George Woodard is a close colleague and an accomplished mycologist who will share his passion and insight into the process and the benefits of the effort. George will bring some specimens and elixirs from The Alchemist's Kitchen will be served.
The event will begin promptly at 6:30PM.
