About this Event
The Mama Joe Project is a national initiative to support caregivers and improve outcomes for elders with Alzheimer's disease and other dementias. Centered on the documentary film My Mama Joe, Hope & Help, the event is appropriate for all ages and audiences . In partnership with AARP Kansas, Wichita State University Division of Veteran Affairs and Community Engagement, this forum includes a post-film talkback with local experts, and distribution of materials from area agencies. This is a free public event, where all are welcome. .
