My Good Brain Art x Mental Wellness Summer Workshops at Union City Library
Description: My Good Brain and Union City Library will be hosting a series of free arts and mental wellness activity workshops ideal for children grades 1st to 6th. In this series of 1-hour workshops, children will learn about various mental health topics such as mindfulness, stress/anxiety, emotions, and more.
Following the teaching portion of the event, children will do an art activity demonstrating their understanding of the lesson and their new social-emotional skills.
Please join us for this FREE arts and mental wellness activity workshop. This will be a first-come, first-served program. Space and supplies are limited so be here on time.
