Have you been wanting to try crocheting cables?! In this class you will learn how to create a simple cable textured beanie using post stitches in your choice of 3 sizes. This class is great for adventurous beginners as well as folks wanting to learn a new technique.
You Should Know: How to make the following stitches: CH, DC, SC, SLST and how to weave in yarn ends.
You Bring: The amount of yarn needed varies depending on the size of beanie you would like to make. You can choose the size of beanie you would like to make:
For Child Size: 162 yards of DK weight yarn
For Adult Size Small/Medium: 180 yards of DK weight yarn
For Adult Size Medium/Large: 196 yards of DK weight yarn
US Size G/6: 4.00 mm
or, if you tend to crochet tightly, a US Size H/8: 5.00 mm crochet hook
Tapestry Needle, Scissors, Stitch Marker, Tape Measure for measuring gauge
