Welcome! Kristen will lead this My Body My Power Day-Camp which includes art, meditation, breathing exercises, positive affirmations, theme- based talking circles, sound healing, yoga, journaling, dance, a guest presenter, new friendships and lots of fun, plus organic snacks.

2-2:30 Arrive: Name Tags, Affirmation Art
2:30-3 Opening Circle: Intros/pronouns, create Sacred Space list, Themed Talking Circle on Self Love and Ice Breakers
3-3:30 Mindfulness: Breathwork, Meditation, SEL, Sound Healing and Yoga
3:30-4 Break: Organic Snacks, Water and Tea
