Join Amanda Winfield, LPC, RYT 200, for a two-hour workshop to reconnect you with your body through mindful movement and breathwork. In this session, you’ll explore simple, restorative practices that release tension, increase awareness, and promote balance.

What to expect:

  • Breathwork: Practice techniques to deepen your breath, calm your mind, and recharge your energy.

Who: Amanda Winfield is a somatic-informed counselor and yoga teacher. She integrates personal experience with somatic practices to support individuals in improving their relationship to self.

Her approach blends mindful movement, breathwork, and expressive techniques that help cultivate a grounded, embodied experience. Amanda’s somatic workshops are designed to guide participants in connecting with their bodies, releasing stored tension, and reconnecting with a sense of ease.

Amanda’s practice is rooted in a belief that the body holds wisdom, and by tuning into its subtle signals, we can better show up for ourselves and our communities. Her intention is to empower individuals to move through the world with more ease, balance, and resilience.
