Sometimes you just gotta "Shake it off" to feel like yourself again. In a world where our bodies and time are not always our own, we need to take advantage of opportunities to reclaim our bodily autonomy and get the endorphins flowing! In honor of Mother's Day, we are all MOTHERS and so we will dance like one.
I can think of no better way to do that than dancing the evening away (while still getting to bed by 11pm). I created this Early Bird dance party event to give Women and those that support them a safe space to move, connect with friends, and find joy.
Dancing is Art, Art is Healing, and we will use the art of somatic movement to heal, empower, and RISE!

Land of a Thousand Hills Coffee and Social for the space,
and the Daybreak Diversity & Inclusion which will receive 10% of profits for Daybreak Pride.
