Group takes place on the 2nd and 4th Wed of the Month.

Do you ever feel overcome with emotions and feel like you have no outlet for them?
Do you feel like you have so much to say but can't quite put into words?
Writing can improve physical and psychological health as well as cognitive function counteracting the negative effects of stress and strengthen your immune function.
Writing helps to better cope with the symptoms of PTSD such as anger and anxiety.
