MVM is hosting open practices at the Moose Lodge in LaCrosse. Intended for past, present, and new skaters. This is a more laid back practice that has the first half working on targeted skating skills and the second hour on game play and possibly short track scrimmaging fun.
A great opportunity to get a fun workout in your weekly schedule 💪
