Move like water in this fluid yet grounding yoga practice inside the Under the Sea feature pyramid at the Muttart Conservatory. Inspired by the ocean’s natural rhythm, we’ll explore the balance between movement and stillness—flowing through sequences that embody water’s strength and fluidity, then settling into longer-held, restorative poses to reflect its depth and calm. This practice invites you to release tension, embrace ease, and connect to the ebb and flow of breath and movement—a space for both expansion and surrender, energy and tranquility. This class is accessible for all levels of practitioners as Sarah offers many options and moments for you to turn up the dial of intensity or mellow it out as we honor how we have arrived on our mats. The class is accompanied with a live soundscape by Cody. He holds space for us by weaving together beautiful rhythms and sounds for us to move and breathe to. Please bring your own mat and water bottle. There will be a few extra mats available to use in case you forget yours. There are two different class times that you can register for: 6:00- 7:00 p.m. or 7:30-8:30 p.m. The Muttart Conservatory will be open from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. for everyone to enjoy the other pyramids.
