Join Sound Vibes for their Flow & Bloom yoga class under the new exhibit in the Feature Pyramid, Mars by Luke Jerram. Spring is here, and it’s time to wake up and shake off the heaviness of winter! Join us for a fun and energizing yoga class that will help you feel refreshed and ready to bloom, just like the plants around you. Set in the vibrant Feature Pyramid, this class is all about movement, breath, and stepping into the new season with joy and energy. This class is accessible for all levels of practitioners as Sarah offers many options and moments for you to turn up the dial of intensity or mellow it out as we honour how we have arrived on our mats. The class is accompanied with a live soundscape by Cody. He holds space for us by weaving together beautiful rhythms and sounds for us to move and breathe to. Please bring your own mat, layered clothing and water bottle. There will be a few extra mats available to use in case you forget yours. There are two different class times that you can register for: 6:00- 7:00 p.m. or 7:30-8:30 p.m. The Muttart Conservatory will be open from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. for everyone to enjoy the other pyramids.
