Join Sound Vibes for their Flow & Bloom yoga class in the 'A Candy Cane Christmas' Feature Pyramid. This 60 minute all levels flow style practice will ground you into your body and mind as we shift seasons into Spring.
This class is accessible for all levels of practitioners as Sarah offers many options and moments for you to turn up the dial of intensity or mellow it out as we honor how we have arrived on our mats. The class is accompanied with a live soundscape by Cody. He holds space for us by weaving together beautiful rhythms and sounds for us to move and breathe to.
We cannot wait to meet you on the mat!
Please bring your own mat and water bottle. There will be a few extra mats available to use in case you forget yours. There are two different class times that you can register for: 6:00- 7:00 p.m. or 7:30-8:30 p.m. The Muttart Conservatory will be open from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. for everyone to enjoy the other pyramids.
