The time has come for the MUST Annual Trip Sales Night. This is the event where you can purchase a spot on our trips, and get pumped for the Winter season!We will also be providing PIZZA and BEVVIES for all attendees, so no need to stress about dinner ?
MUST has a stacked lineup with our trips this year including the return of the INFAMOUS New Zealand trip, this year we’ll be hitting up Queenstown for 10 days!!

- please bring your ID as well as we will be serving alcohol and require people to be 18 to go on our trips so need to check your DOB

?? TRIP DEPOSITS ??
A deposit must be made for each trip you wish to book a ticket on. This deposit can be made in cash or card on the night of Trip Sales
A payment plan will follow to pay off the remainder of your ticket (normally starting 2 weeks after Trip Sales), we will space these payments out every two weeks to keep it manageable ?
Payments on the night will be accepted in CASH OR EFTPOS (card).
Deposits are non-refundable, with exception for state/national issued COVID lockdowns, or if we are able to on-sell your ticket to another member.
Even in the case of you contracting COVID or having to isolate we are unfortunately not able to issue a refund unless we on-sell your ticket. This is a standard refund policy across all our bookings providers at the moment.

Melbourne University Sports Complex (Social Space A)-- We will also post a map of how to get here closer to the night
?? ARRIVAL + TIMING ??
Doors will be opening at 6pm. If arriving before 6pm you will need to line up outside of the door until the doors open.
Trips will be sold on a first come, first served basis until sold out.
We are unable to predict ticket demand, however for those wanting to arrive before 6pm, we will be issuing tickets that reserve your place in the queue. In past years we have sold out of tickets, however we hope to get everyone on a trip!
?? TICKET INFO ??
Your ticket lets you put down a deposit for one trip so choose the one you are most keen to go on!
In the case of a trip selling out we will be taking names and email addresses for a waiting list in the case of extra spots opening up from people withdrawing from the trip.
If you cannot make the event you are advised to send someone to buy a ticket in your place (a proxy).
Your Proxy is able to purchase your ticket on your behalf.

All trip attendees will also be required to agree to our ‘trip terms and conditions’ at the time of signing up. Should you wish to obtain a copy of the ‘trip terms and conditions’ for a particular trip please send a message to the MUST Facebook page.
Only MUST members who have paid the membership fee will be eligible to go on trips.
You can sign up on the night or follow the prompts at www.mustsnowboard.com.au.
We will also be accepting membership sign ups and payments on the night.
