About this Event
Led by the brilliant Brass Junkies, we invite you on a magical, musical march from Exeter Central Library to our temporary pop-up space on Bedford Street.
A 15 min performance from the band in the foyer at Exeter Library will be followed by a short (300 metre) jaunt across the High Street, through Princesshay shopping centre, ending in another short performance at Exeter Children's Library Pop Up
Before the march, we'll also be hosting a free, fun crafting event in the Rougemont Room where you can design your favourite book cover as a placard to carry along! The craft session is a free drop-in with some snacks and juice boxes provided.
Brass Junkies are a high-energy brass band from Bristol, drawing inspiration from the vibrant Mardi Gras sounds of New Orleans street bands. Known for their dynamic performances and versatile repertoire, they bring a carnival atmosphere with New Orleans-style pop and funk classics
