Come down to the Black Cat Tavern for a night of sing-along with a few of your favourite 2000s bands collaboratively performed by members of local acts such as Banastronaut, Kit Langfield, Captain Midnight, Checkout Queens, GreenWing and Blind Commentary! These Saskatoon-based artists are putting together this night to play music with their pals and spread the music we all love for you to sing and dance to!
Lineup:
THE KILLERS (Closing) - All those pretty high notes voiced by Adam Beitel of Banastronaut. They will be playing all the hits you want to hear and maybe even a couple of B-side surprises for the die-hards! Let this tribute remind you of the words you would scream-sing to in the car!
QUEENS OF THE STONE AGE (Support) - Still vibing from the Queens show in April? We got you! Sung by the one and only Kit Langfield, if you have ever seen him before, you know this set will have the proper kick-you-in-the-chest energy you need for QOTSA tribute!
FOO FIGHTERS (Opening) - If the Foo Fighters are opening this night up, then you know it's gonna be good! Fronted by Connor Heusdens of Captain Midnight this tribute is designed for the Foo Fighter mega fans of the world (we all know at least one) So buy them a ticket or convince them to buy one for you, This night will be one to remember and we are all excited to see you out!
