We love sharing music with guests under our great white pines. Bring lawn chairs, snacks & blankets and cozy in for an evening of beautiful music on our front lawn.Traverse City Singer/Songwriter, Jenny Thomas returns to Twisted Fish with her guitar and selection of songs that will leave you singing along and wanting for more. Each tells a story of life, love and the beauty that surrounds us in our northern Michigan home. Jenny grew up in Elk Rapids surrounded by a big, creative & fun-filled family. Her songs echo the joys of growing up on our shores and in our woods... often using nature as her narrative.
Jenny will be accompanied by drummer, Will Thomas & guitarist, Doug Zernow.
We are thrilled to have Emily Williams, of Elk Rapids, opening this musical evening at 6pm. Emily returns home after many years living and performing in Chicago. With an angelic voice and newfound love of guitar, Emily sings straight from the heart with soft sentimentality.
We invite all ages to enjoy this family-friendly & free concert. Please note that donations for the artists are encouraged when we "pass the hat" after the show.
This is a weather permitting event. If rain should come, we will resume at the same place/same time on Sunday, July 14th.
*Additional, free parking can be found on the grass lot adjacent, & behind our Cottage Gallery. (the driveway is just north of the main entrance).
