YOGA - IN PERSON AND RECORDED 60 minutes.
Gentle yoga poses sequenced together with the intention of guiding the body to enjoy gentle movement and relaxation, and mind into a place it can be still. e class will end with a quiet, restorative pose. Bring a yoga mat, water, blocks if you have them, a light blanket, and a water bottle, and anything you need to be cozy and comfortable.

SOUND IMMERSION - IN PERSON AND RECORDED 60 minutes. Settle into a comfortable pose and let the sounds wash over you. Group Sound Immersions are wonderful opportunities for rest, reprieve, tranquility and connection. During a Sound Immersion, instruments such as Tibetan style singing bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, chimes and drums, fill the space. e sounds help the brain to settle into a state of meditation, allowing your physical body to surrender to deep relaxation. When you attend a Sound Immersion, come prepared! e more relaxed the better. I suggest, at a minimum, a yoga mat, and a blanket (or two). I also encourage bringing a pillow, knee support, an eye covering and cozy socks. Anything and everything that you need to relax and let go.
SCENT AS RELAXATION AND RESTORATION TOOL 60 minutes. What happens to your mind and body when you catch a whiff of a favorite smell? It can be like a deep sigh, putting a smile on your lips and closing your eyes to revel in the sensation, right? Imagine creating your own blend that takes you to a safe, relaxing and restorative place that you can have anywhere, anytime. I will walk you through picking essential oils and other aromatic products that will create that moment of zen with a bit of education and a bit of experiential journeying.
MASSAGE THERAPY 60 minutes.
Over the past three decades, it has been my passion to bring physical comfort and pain-free playing to musicians. Neuromuscular therapy is the basis for all of my work. is session will delve a bit into pain and why we have it, as well as looking at how I work with musicians with musculoskeletal pain. My goal in working with musicians is to provide hands-on work that reduces discomfort, and provides the musician with ‘homework’ to maintain comfort between sessions. My clients learn to deeply listen to their body so they can hear its whispers and take action to prevent a return to discomfort.
