If you love organizing, decorating, or just want to be part of something magical, join us as we bring this Phantom of the Opera–inspired night to life!
We need committee members to help with:
• Planning & executing the evening’s decor, theme, and layout
• Organizing food, drinks & serving logistics
• Gathering big-ticket silent auction items
• Finding unique and exciting drawing prizes
• Setting up before, cleaning up after, and keeping things running smoothly throughout the event
We’re starting early to make this fundraiser bigger and better than we’ve ever tried– and those big-ticket items can really make a difference!
