Dear parents,If your child is eager to learn how to play a musical instrument, sing, or even try their hand at speech arts, we invite you to our Music Marathon! This event will be held on May 25th, from 10 AM to 5 PM at the Chinook Center Grand Courtyard, located at 6455 Macleod Trail, Calgary, AB T2H 0K8.
The marathon is organized by the teachers of the Alberta Registered Music Teachers' Association (ARMTA). ARMTA students will perform a non-stop seven-hour concert showcasing their skills on various instruments like piano, and strings, as well as vocal and speech arts. Most ARMTA teachers are certified instructors of the Royal Conservatory of Music.
This is a fantastic opportunity for those interested in providing their children with quality musical education to get acquainted with the Association of Registered Music Teachers. The Music Marathon is also a fundraising event to support the organization of concerts, competitions, festivals, and to provide cash prizes for competition winners.
