About the Night
After a brief pause for the Marine Corps' 250th Birthday, we’re back with Episode 4 of Music Lab—Huntsville’s Monday night experiment where open mic meets writer’s round, live jam, and on-the-spot recording. The front end is inclusive; the back end is elite. Bring your best idea, your best attitude, and let’s see what catches fire.
Flow
Open Lab (7:00–10:00): two songs or 10 minutes. Originals encouraged. House players available.
The Filter: we mark the night’s standout moments/players.
Inner Lab Jam (10:00–11:00): curated invite-only jam with the top chemistry from the room.
Highlights: select performances will be recorded for weekly reels—with permission and full credit.
Backline
Drums • Bass rig • Guitar DIs (bring your pedalboard) • Keys/MIDI controller • Vocal mics • Basic percussion. Quick changeovers, pro signal flow.
No amps. Plug straight in.
Tune up before you play.
