Join us for music in the Ten Broeck Mansion with a family-friendly concert.
Enjoy a free holiday performance featuring Albany Symphony members Erica Pickhardt (cello) and Elizabeth Silver (violin). This special holiday concert will be held in the Ten Broeck Mansion parlors, beautifully decorated for the season. Performance includes educational interaction with audience and Q&A session.
Afterwards, be sure to reserve your walk-through holiday tour of the Ten Broeck Mansion, with free children's activities & kits: "Indoor Forest" exploration for younger children and "Round the World" for middle school.
Advance registration required as space is limited. Seating available for 30 registered attendees the day of (first come, first served) - standing room for others. For those with ADA needs, please reach out to us directly: 518-436-9826.
Doors open at 10:45 am. Concert will end at 11:50 am.

About the performing artists:
Erica Pickhardt (cello) is assistant principal cellist with the Albany Symphony, Hudson Valley Philharmonic, and Schenectady-Saratoga Symphony Orchestra. She has been the featured soloist with the Schenectady-Saratoga Symphony Orchestra and Woodstock orchestras, and is a founding member of the Eribeth Piano Trio. She also teaches cello at Emma Willard School in Troy NY.
Elizabeth Silver (violin) is a member of the Albany Symphony and the Glimmerglass Opera Orchestra. She holds degrees from the Oberlin Conservatory of Music and Syracuse University, and has done post-graduate studies with Samuel Kissel and Burton Kaplan. Ms. Silver also teaches at Emma Willard School in Troy NY, and has served as the Music Director of the Emma Willard School Orchestra and Chamber Orchestra since 2016.
