Local musicians are partnering with Forth Floral to provide free concerts in the greenhouse to beat the winter blues! Come and sit for awhile and enjoy the presence of plant life while listening to live music by talented local artists. LITTLE WINTER SUN is the indie-pop-folk project of Northwoods-based trio: Brett Winters, Amanda Anderson and Nate Sheppard (with special guest drummer Michael Galindo). All solo artists in their own right, they each bring unique elements to the sonic blend: Winters with guitar, percussion, and harmonica; Anderson with piano; and Sheppard with a ukulele and looper. They cover a wide variety of genres spanning several decades, using three-part harmonies and a blend of folk, cinematic, and pop music to craft eclectic soundscapes.
