About this Event
Join musicians from Orange Regional Conservatorium as they perform works that creatively respond to the exhibition: Wynne Prize 2025.
The Wynne Prize is Australia’s oldest art prize, established following a bequest by Richard Wynne for the best landscape painting of Australian scenery or figurative sculpture. It was first awarded in 1897 to mark the official opening of the Art Gallery of New South Wales at its present site.
Music in Colour is a collaboration between Friends of Orange Regional Gallery, Orange Regional Conservatorium and Orange Regional Gallery.
This is the fourth in a series of concerts held in the gallery to link art
and music in a new and engaging way.
This is a fundraising event and all proceeds go towards acquisitions for Orange Regional Gallery’s permanent collection. Proudly supported by Orange Regional Arts Foundation.
