About this Event
Join us for Music Healing Circle, a transformative stress release experience. This unique event combines a soothing sound bath with live music and song, followed by a group therapy session.
Tom, our talented facilitator, will create custom music on various instruments from around the world, using soulful tones and melodies to help relax your mind, body, and invoke deeper emotions in your heart. After an hour of music, Tom will also provide an opportunity for participants to share and discuss their experiences. During this second hour, we aim to dissolve the effects of modern social isolation by creating a compassionate and supportive environment where we can openly explore our shared fears, joys, and struggles.
This group dynamic is a powerful form of medicine that reminds us that we are not alone in our journey, no matter how isolated or challenging it may seem. Feeling the support of others who have gone through similar experiences can be positively life-changing. By actively participating in your own healing process, the music will effectively tap into aspects of yourself and your life that are seeking healing and transformation.
As a highly trained facilitator, Tom creates a safe and supportive space to guide you towards a deeper, more empowered sense of self.
Please note:
- The event operates on a donation basis, with a minimum registration fee of $15. Feel free to donate up to $50.
- To maintain intimacy and ensure everyone has a chance to participate, the event is limited to 9 participants.
- While participation is encouraged, it is not mandatory. You can simply come and be present in the powerful energy of the event.
- Please arrive early and on time.
- The gates will open at 3:30 pm.
