Loris Antinoro - time 8.15 pm

Loris Antinoro is an Italian pop rock baritenor singer, songwriter and composer based in Milan, that started playing guitar and piano on its own and began writing his first songs and compositions at the age of 12.

Loris taught himself by ear, he started learning melodies and its accompaniments from his favourite composers on the piano without any knowledge of music at the time, beside that, he also had a very sensitive and developed hearing since the young age, this gave him the ability to hear sounds at very low ranges.

His style combines an emotional voice, with often instant, imaginative and abstract thoughts on the lyrics with orchestral arrangements, all within the pop-rock/folk-pop indie and classical influence.

During the end of 2020, Loris Antinoro started a new project with Joachim Steiner to ideate his first album “Caged Beauties”, where, beside having the role of author and visionary, he has also composed many of the instruments parts that are recorded and has arranged all of the songs with the help of Joachim.

“Caged Beauties” has been concluded and published in July 2023, along with its singles : “You are Perfection” and “I Only want to Be”.

Hoxton Square - time 9 pm

Hoxton Square was born during the height of the pandemic when COVID sapped the energy of some band members and creativity was essential. Bringing together researchers in neuroscience and colleagues in the care sector we aimed to play music that is different, creative, eclectic yet contemporary, drawing heavily on roots in the 60's and 70's rock, folk, blues, and Westcoast harmonies. Our amazing drummer Chris gives us a special edge as does our flute combo. We are thus a mixture of drums, guitars, flutes, and harmonies, enriching our original songs covering topics from climate change, refugee crisis to COVID. Our name? Dr. James Parkinson is one of London's very own and lived in Hoxton Square. It is our way to not forget what we research for ;)
