Join us for an intimate evening and be part of an exclusive conversation with artists and changemakers stepping up for hunger relief. Proceeds support Food Forward’s food recovery programs. 💜 Limited tickets available!🎶✨ The music community has historically pulled together to help raise awareness about hunger and feed people around the world: from the seminal Concert for Bangladesh in 1971, to Band Aid, USA for Africa, Live Aid, Farm Aid, and more.
Food Forward will celebrate this legacy by auctioning a one-of-a-kind photograph from George Harrison’s Concert for Bangladesh, signed by five of the incredible artists who played that night: Eric Clapton, Jim Keltner, Leon Russell, Ringo Starr, and Klaus Voormann.
📸 The photograph, taken at Madison Square Garden on August 1, 1971 by Cliff Lipson, is printed on 40" x 20" archival paper (image size 36" x 14"), signed by the musicians above as well as the photographer himself, and comes with a letter of provenance. (Other musicians pictured but not signed: George Harrison, Billy Preston, Jesse Ed Davis.)
