Music therapy can benefit a wide range of populations and conditions by helping you explore and express emotions, improve mood, enhance communication skills, reduce stress and anxiety, increase self-awareness, reduce perceived pain, improve motor skills, and strengthen self-confidence.
This method consists of arranging various materials, including words and drawing on to a piece of paper. While listening to the music, participants will create their own collage, engaging with any imagery and emotions that the music evokes.
