From all over the world, young musicians have chosen to study at Conservatorium Maastricht. After pre selections, several candidates compete for the Music Award Maastricht. This Award comes with an amount of € 5000 to spend on musical and artistic development. The Maastricht Music Award is organised by Rotaryclub Maastricht and the Maastricht Academy of Music.
An expert jury judges the candidates on their artistic impression, technical level and charisma.
The audience decides who wins the audience prize worth €1,000.
