Join us for a heart-centered, joyful exploration of music, rhythm, and movement. Here little ones are free to lead the way and express their unique energy through sound and motion. All caregivers are warmly welcome to participate, observe, or simply hold space. We honor the presence and energy each person brings as we create a circle of community, connection, and creativity.
Please feel free to bring along any instruments that resonate with you such as shakers, drums, bells, or even spoons! We’ll also have a selection of instruments available for shared use.
This is more than just a class it's a co-created experience where music becomes medicine, movement becomes meditation, and every child is honored as a teacher. Come as you are. Move as you’re called. Let’s make magic, together.
