About this Event
This Saturday, join us at The Sanctuary Studio as it transforms into a quiet refuge for meditation, prayer, and reflection.
Studio owner Simon Drew will offer a short opening reflection to frame the session, followed by a continuous flow of improvised live music on piano, trumpet, flugelhorn, didgeridoo, and other instruments. Rather than guided instruction, the session creates an open, spacious environment—inviting participants to sit, lie down, stretch, breathe, move gently, or simply listen.
This is a time to go inward, to let sound support stillness and release, and to emerge renewed in body, mind, and spirit. Come as you are, stay as long as you need, and allow the music to carry you where it will.
Admission is offered on a "pay-by-heart" basis. All donations are greatly appreciated.
