Music and Meditation : The gathering on October 6th at 7 PM will include music inspired by the book This is What it Sounds Like by Susan Rogers, music producer and neuroscientist. The musical selection for the evening will be "Ghosts" by Hania Rani. While listening, you are invited to practice a visualization technique from the book.
