About this Event
The Music Academy of Singapore Lyric Opera (MASLO) is a programme designed for young music enthusiasts who are passionate about developing their skills and pursuing a career in the field.
One of the unique features of the MASLO programme is its focus on nurturing young talents in a supportive and collaborative environment. The programme encourages students to work together, share their ideas and feedback, and develop their creativity and musical expression.
We aim to encourage acceptance, appreciation and enjoyment of chamber music – to be a Music Academy of quality and excellence in Singapore.
Auditions fees are waived for registration of auditions from now till 15 June 2023, 11.59 pm – don't miss your chance! Please select the audition slot you are available for on the booking confirmation page. In the event that you can't make it for any of the slots, we will get in touch with you and arrange another time slot.
MASLO rehearsals will be held on weekday evenings, and Saturdays, 10 am -12 noon at Goodman Arts Centre. (subject to change)
Please note that once you submit the order, you agree to share all your responses with Singapore Lyric Opera.
Audition slots:
- 17 June 2023, Sat, 10 am - 12 noon (Brass)
- 17 June 2023, Sat, 1 pm - 3 pm (Woodwind)
All Brass & Woodwind musicians aged 10 - 25 are welcome to audition.
