Grow your own Shiitake and Oyster mushrooms! This workshop will equip you with the knowledge and skills to cultivate mushrooms at home. Learn how to care for your logs, harvest your mushrooms, cullinary and medicinal benefits and more!
This is a hands on workshop, and each person will prepare and inoculate their own log. All materials will be provided.
Additional Shiitake and Oyster logs may be purchased onsite for a discounted price $15 each. Both mushrooms are edible and medicinal, and should give you multiple flushes for a few years. We will also have also have some plants and tree cuttings available on site for purchase. Cash preferred.
*Purchase your ticket by February 22nd and recieve a $10 discount! Limited tickets available.
***If you are unable to attend the workshop but would like to purchase a log, a limited number of Shiitake and Oyster logs will be available for $20 each.
