Participants will explore the journey of mushrooms, from cultivation to consumption, highlighting the eco-friendly and health benefits of Mushroom Street’s urban farming practices.
Participants will see the growing process from spawn to mycelium to fruiting, including how this farm makes its own substrate. Pick up tips to try at home or in your classroom.
